Two $1000 Scholarships

For the college Academic Year 2012 - 2013

 

ELIGIBILITY:

You are eligible if you are a Catholic, a high school senior residing in Hartford County, and planning to attend a four-year college in the Fall of 2012. You will not need to attend a Catholic college. You will be judged on the basis of financial need, scholarship, character, leadership, and achievement.

INSTRUCTION:

Please fill out completely pages 2, 3, and 4 of this application.

Submit a brief essay about your most satisfying personal accomplishments, work experience, leisure interests, possible choice of career, or other topics you might consider important. Please limit your essay to 500 words or less.

Return pages 2-4 and your essay to your guidance counselor and have him or her attach your complete high school transcript, including senior grades, to the last page of the application. If you wish, you may forward page 4, (Financial information) separately to the address  below.

Check with your counselor to see that the completed application is mailed by March 15, 2012 to:
